As one of the leading yeast producers in the world, we reach over 130 countries on 5 continents with our experience of 50 years.
Based on our success in yeast production, we presently offer a wide range of bakery, pastry, and home consumption products. We conduct our operations with the support of specialized technical know-how and expert teams in Pak Biomer and Fagem, our biotech and bakery R&D centers.

Our Plants
We started our production journey with our first fresh yeast factory established in Köseköy, İzmit in 1972, and today we continue to operate in 6 facilities in total, including 3 domestic and 1 foreign yeast factories, as well as 2 liquid-powder production facilities, in compliance with international hygiene and quality standards.
