Usage Recommendation
In pasta, rice, dipping sauces, and soups, you can use it directly without whisking. For pastry applications, you can add 1-2 heaping tablespoons of sugar according to your preference and whisk with a mixer or a hand whisk for about 5-10 minutes until desired consistency is achieved. For best results in whisking, it is recommended to refrigerate the product between +5°C to +10°C for at least 12 hours before use. Adding excessive sugar may loosen the consistency.
