Usage Recommendation
It is used in cakes, pastries, tarts, cupcakes, and cookies. It is not recommended to melt it using a double boiler method. In stiff doughs like cookie dough, add the chocolate chips last and avoid overmixing after adding them. For batter-like cake mixtures, add the chocolate chips at the end of the mixing process and gently stir until they are evenly distributed. Do not continue to mix vigorously.
